I count myself lucky when I have a satisfied client who comes back to me for more photography work. That was the case with Matthew's mom. Daughter Grace graduated in 2019 and Amy had hired me to photograph her session. This time, it was Matt's turn.
Matt is a Class of 2021 graduate from Webster Thomas High school. He and his mom chose Webster Park for his session. It really is a great location especially for Webster students who have a connection to the area having grown up here. Many fond memories are made spending lots of time with family and friends hiking trails, picnicking, and walking out to the pier to view the sunsets. We took advantage of a nice day to go to several areas in the park and got a really good variety of looks. Matt's such an easy-going young man, that it wasn't hard to capture him well. Grace even joined us for a quick brother/sister portrait!
Thanks to the entire family for hiring me for Matt's (and Grace's) senior portraits and I want to congratulate Matt on his accomplishement and wish him all the best with his future plans at St. Bonaventure and beyond!!!

Ryan's a Class of 2021 Senior at Webster Thomas High School and a varsity lacrosse player. He and his mom wanted to incorporate his love of the game with his senior portrait session. With the luck of mother nature, we ended up with perfect weather and a stunning sunset to create some truly memorable images.
We started out next to the high school stadium at Willink Middle School which offered some interesting backdrops that we took advantage of for the regular part of the session. Then we made our way over to Titan Stadium where we set up portrait lighting for stills and action shots and finished up with some sunset portraits. Ryan was patient as we worked through various "moves" and portraits so I had plenty of images to work with in creating a unique, customized montage for his lacrosse art piece. The result was exactly what they were hoping for and the framed final product exceeded their expectations in every way.
I've loved working with this family! In fact, I got to photograph Ryan's older brother Nathan for his senior portraits in 2019. Check out his session HERE.
Ryan's future plans are to attend Roberts Wesleyan College to study Business Administration and play lacrosse. I wish you all the best, Ryan, as you begin the next phase of your life and thank you to you and your family for choosing Hayes Photography!!!
