I have to give a big congratulations and shoutout to my Senior of the Week, Abby Wezelis!  Abby, along with several other high school students, was recently honored at the Dr. Michael C. O'Laughlin Outstanding Senior Recognition Dinner by the Monroe County Council of Superintendents. Abby is a senior at Webster Thomas High School and is one of the busiest, nicest, well-rounded young ladies I've had the pleasure to photograph. Because of her accomplishments, she was featured in a recent article from The Webster Herald.  I knew she was involved in so many things, but I didn't realize to what extent!  Well done Abby!!!  Along with this mention, I wanted to include some images from her senior portrait experience from last summer.  Abby chose an Experience Session which took us to several locations around the Webster Park area.  We had a blast!  Her whole family (mom, dad and sis) came on the adventure and it was just that!  From the creek, to the shoreline of Lake Ontario, to the little Presbyterian Church on Lake Rd., to the fields of Gosnell Woods Trail, we covered it all and Abby was a natural.

Hayes Photography may be known for senior pictures, but we also offer family portrait sessions.  As a matter of fact, when a client books a senior portrait session, they receive a complimentary family portrait session valued at $180.00!  That means that any time during that student's senior year, the family can schedule a time to be photographed at my studio (indoors or out), at their home, or at a local location.  What better way to create a lasting memory of the family dynamic before their child heads off to college, the military or out into the world of work?!  The Philippone Family of Webster took me up on this offer when their son, Eric, had his senior session in 2012.  Just before his graduation in June this year, we met at Webster Park for their session.  The weather was in our favor and the resulting images were terrific.  We even got their youngest, Joey (not so young really) to pose by himself so they could match the wall portrait that they ordered with Eric's image.  Thank you to the Philippones for entrusting me to create unique, meaningful family and senior portraits that they'll cherish for a long time to come!
